System for receiving and processing service requests

GEO-Ivanov Ltd. has its own service centre equipped with dedicated technical equipment in accordance with the manufacturers' requirements for diagnostics, repair and adjustment, and compliant with European quality standards. The service centre employs highly qualified specialists, trained and certified by the manufacturer, who successfully handle any problem that may arise during the operation of surveying instruments and systems, both within and after the warranty period.

GEO-Ivanov's service system covers the management of registering and processing service calls and the control of their execution. An integrated service system is offered, including:

  • Single service phone number: +359 2 989 6793 — service orders are accepted from the whole country.
  • Single e-mail address: ivanov@geo-ivanov.com for receiving service orders.
  • Every instrument or system is tested in the company's service centre before being handed back to the customer.
  • Response time: repairs are carried out quickly, within a maximum of two working days.
  • Problem resolution: the GEO-Ivanov team resolves service problems in the company's service centre. The resolution time can be reduced to 4 hours under pre-agreed conditions.
  • Spare parts: GEO-Ivanov keeps spare parts in stock and operates an express delivery system for original spare parts from leading global manufacturers, ensuring extremely short repair times.
  • Replacement equipment: if a repair requires more time, the customer receives a replacement instrument for temporary use.
  • Working hours: the GEO-Ivanov service centre works standard business hours — 9:00 to 17:30 on weekdays. For contracts with higher requirements, extended service hours can be offered.
